How It Works

The sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect human movement within its coverage area, while simultaneously monitoring ambient light levels through its built-in light sensor. This dual functionality allows for intelligent automation – for example, turning lights on only when motion is detected AND ambient light is below a certain level, ensuring energy isn’t wasted during daylight hours.
